Old method of Tonsillectomy in which a lot of Instruments are used with a loss of blood from 200ml to 500ml in some cases

Tonsillectomy by Harmonics or by Ligasure method in which sometimes a few drops of blood is lost otherwise it is bloodless surgery.
This method is a routine practice at my clinic for the last 10 years with minimal per operative blood loss, less post operative pain which needs no night stay at the hospital, patients go home on the same day with full satisfaction.
